Climate change risks and opportunities present one of the most significant areas of work for organisations advancing their sustainability practices in 2023. The Coalition’s new Statement of Ambition requires signatories to assess and disclose their climate risks by September 2023. Our first Masterclass of the year will be delivered by thinkstep-anz and will assist signatories in understanding the world of climate change risk assessment. In particular it will focus on a climate risk assessment methodology; ensuring a robust risk assessments supports the governance of climate related risks, the development of climate strategy and meeting disclosure requirements.

The CLC's Seventh Annual Snapshot Report, released on 8 May 2026, details the Coalition's signatory businesses individual and collective progress in reducing emissions and adapting to climate change over the last 7 years.
